How it works
The whole process is Import → Review → Confirm → Generate → Print or email → Send. You never need to visit a creditor’s or bureau’s website to produce the documents.
1. Import the notice
Open DisputePress and add the notice. It accepts digital PDFs, scanned PDFs, .eml email files, and email text pasted in. If the notice came on paper, scan it to PDF first.
2. DisputePress reads it, locally
Where a PDF has selectable text, DisputePress uses it. Where a page is a scan, it runs OCR in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
3. Review what it found
It finds the company, the claimed amount, account and reference numbers, dates and addresses. Each value is shown with the exact text it came from, the page, and how confident the OCR was. Low-confidence values are flagged.
4. Confirm every value
You confirm or correct each value. Nothing unconfirmed can reach a letter.
5. Choose your letters
Pick what to prepare: bureau disputes, a debt validation request, an identity-theft declaration, or an FCRA §605B block request. DisputePress lists the supporting documents each recipient needs and flags anything missing.
6. Print or email, then send
Download a printable PDF to sign and mail, or copy the email version. DisputePress shows the deadlines that follow from your dates, such as the 30-day debt validation window and the 30-day bureau investigation period.
